At Language Wallah, we strive to provide high-quality German language coaching and ensure a smooth learning experience for all our students. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains our policy on course cancellations, demo sessions, and refund eligibility.

1. Demo Sessions

We offer free demo sessions for most of our courses. These are non-refundable (since they are free), and no payment is collected in advance.

2. Course Purchase and Payment

Once a course is purchased, access is granted to the materials and/or live sessions. Please ensure you review all course details and ask us any questions before making the payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We do not offer cancellations for courses after payment is completed, unless:

  • The course is canceled or discontinued by us.
  • You are charged twice by mistake for the same course (in which case the duplicate payment will be refunded).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Situations:

  • Technical error during payment that resulted in duplicate charges.
  • The course was not delivered as promised (e.g. the course was canceled, or no access was granted within 7 days of purchase).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial completion of the course
  • Not attending live classes (even after registration)
  • Failure to review course suitability before buying

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your payment with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email ID used during registration
  • Payment receipt or screenshot
  • Reason for requesting a refund

6. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
